High speed has never been available in my area before. I had dialup that we did not use that much, it was just too slow. My kid's finally talked me in to giving Wisper a try. Now we can do school projects and lookup information about local events anytime. We were even able to drop our second phone line and dialup account and save about $20/month, and have high speed!!
