We are very, very happy with the service! Going from 450 Kbps to 1899 Kbps a whole new experience for us. It is like we never had DSL in the first place. You should try to convert every one who is still on SBC's DSL. As a side note, our wonderful AT&T managed to disconnect my dial tone along with the DSL. Took almost two days to get them to fix the problem.

Just to let you know -- Brian from your Tech Services called to see how things were working and offer any assistance needed. Nice touch -- your customer service is just great. I understand you can't control AT&T or SBC so no problem there.

Thanks again for the quick solution of my problem and taking time to make a same-day installation. Ilene and I are very appreciative of you help. You and Dave make it quick, easy and painless.

Thanks for being there! I am Still on Generator Power now after 3 and half days and every time I got on the computer your service was on line waiting for me to use it. I know winter storms are the worst but I would have to say you guys are doing a great Job keeping the Network running. I would have to guess that cable internet would not be working in this area as they only have battery backup in this subdivision. So that means for us that have generators if we had Cable we would have no TV and No internet.

Thank you for being able to service the Paderborn area. My install was on 2/6 by Preston and Rob. They did great work and I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and the time they took to make sure everything was done professionally and looks great. I've had no problems with the wireless internet connection and I'm impressed in the speed with the startup package. Wisper was out here to check my signal strength quicker than promised and I'm pleased on how quickly I got internet service. Thanks for providing me great customer service and reasonably priced internet which Verizon failed to do in the short three months I was their customer. I'm glad I can support a local wireless company. I'll make sure other people are aware of your service.

I am writing to you on behalf of Wisper ISP. They are a wireless high-speed internet company based here in O'Fallon. Over the past 2 years we have been working with them to provide services in our community. In those 2 years they have added a great service to our community and because they are wireless, have had no adverse affect on our city's current infrastructure. They provide an alternative to cable or DSL broadband internet connections in many of our neighborhoods. In our newest neighborhoods, they are the only option our residents have for high-speed internet. Before Wisper ISP, many new neighborhoods would have gone without broadband or high-speed internet connection for years. The availability of broadband internet access in all of our neighborhoods makes O'Fallon a more attractive place for people to live and work.

Wisper is our savior. We could not afford the cost of a full T1 and we could not get DSL or Cable at our office. The only option left was satellite internet. When I first heard about Wisper I thought they were just another satellite internet service and I was not going down that road again. Once installed, the service works so well, most of our employees have it at their home even if they can get cable or DSL.

I work for a software development company at home and my only option, until Wisper, was satellite internet. At first I was hesitant to change from my satellite system. It took so long to get everything setup and running over it, I did not want to mess anything up. I was also concerned that I was going to get less speed than the package I had with satellite. Once I did get the Wisper install, I could not believe how fast it was compared to my satellite system. [Your] guys took care of changing my network settings and in no time I was up and running. It's been about six months or more now since you installed Wisper service in our home and I couldn't be more thrilled with it. For the past three years, since I first became serious about the internet, I had been struggling with dial up service. I live very close to St. Louis, but in a rural area where the homes are about half mile or so apart. SBC couldn't even give me an idea when, or even if ever DSL might be available in our area. I thought my only option was Direct TV which was outrageously expensive, lacking in performance and totally out of the question for me. I thought [my] situation was hopeless until I happened to stop by the computer show at the Gateway convention center and met you and Jason? We spoke for a few minutes and within a matter of days you and a crew of three others were at my house doing a survey. Although I was not within line of site, one of our neighbors about two miles down the road, allowed you to put in the repeater equipment to enable us to pick up the signal relayed from their house. I write a weekly column about old cars for stltoday.com, the internet site of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. My stories require a lot of research and surfing to come up with my material. My Wisper service has saved me SO MUCH TIME it is nothing less than incredible... and at my age, I need to save as much time as possible. Thanks Nathan and Wisper for simplifying my life!
