Customer Focus, Customer Focus, Customer Focus. Wisper ISP is looking for someone dedicated to providing our customers with unmatched technical support. This person should dream about exceeding our customers’ expectations. While the customer is not always right, you must be able to manage the call without losing your cool. It is not about who is right or wrong, but about helping the customer solve their problem. To Wisper, support is not an entry-level position, but the front line in our battle to provide the customer with the best support. As you grow in experience your pay will also grow, no need to move to a higher position to earn more. Technical knowledge is needed, but we are really looking for someone that feels the way we do about supporting our customers.
